Specific features vary by subscription tier (Basic, Plus, Premium). 5. Fees, Billing, and Payment Terms: All fees (advisory fees, subscription charges, transaction fees, wire fees, ACH fees, currency conversion fees) are clearly disclosed before you commit. We charge your chosen payment method automatically according to your billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days' written notice. Outstanding balances may be sent to collections. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in Section 9.

Market conditions, economic factors, interest rate changes, inflation, tax law changes, geopolitical events, and individual circumstances affect outcomes. Any statements about potential returns are estimates only, based on historical data or hypothetical models, and are not promises, guarantees, or predictions of future performance.
8. Prohibited User Conduct: You agree not to: misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware or viruses, harass other users, submit false or fraudulent information, violate any applicable laws (including securities laws), infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with service operations, scrape data without permission, or impersonate any person or entity. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.
9. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription anytime via account settings or by contacting support. Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions (full refund of fees paid, no questions asked). After 30 days, prorated refunds for unused months (calculated daily). Loans and insurance products are cancellable before disbursement or binding at no cost. Digital currency purchases are final and non-refundable due to market volatility.
10. Intellectual Property Ownership: All content, logos, software, designs, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies are owned by Budgeting Wealth Plan or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, damages, and injunctive relief.
11. User Content License: By posting reviews, comments, feedback, testimonials, or suggestions, you grant Budgeting Wealth Plan a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content. We are not responsible for user-generated content and may remove content at our discretion.
12. Third-Party Integrations and Links: Our platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Plaid for bank linking, Stripe for payments, DocuSign for signatures, Yodlee for account aggregation). 16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve informally for 60 days via written notice. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (or JAMS for larger claims), except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be held in Boston, MA. You waive the right to a jury trial, class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The arbitration proceedings shall be held in USA. For any permitted court proceedings (e.g., injunctive relief, small claims), you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts in USA.
18. Termination and Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, illegal conduct, repeated chargebacks, or as required by law or regulator. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, you remain liable for pending obligations, outstanding fees, and any violations that occurred before termination.
19. Changes to Terms & Conditions: We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or our business practices. Material changes (e.g., fee increases, liability reductions, arbitration modifications) will be emailed to registered users 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review the Terms regularly.
